Recommendation: Wisecrack, the YouTube Philosophy channel
Hey guys from Planet-M, today I've got something a little more out there from my usual recommendations as this does not have much to do with comics, but the philosophical meanings that can be found in various films, books and yes comics, but the point is that its not another comic based channel. The channels name is Wisecrack, its a YouTube channel that focuses on Philosophy in the media in a comedic form with references to the works of the old and the modern day philosophers to back up their work.
Each topic is done in a certain format that takes on a comedic sense, such as a segment on the channel called Earthling Cinema which looks for the hidden philosophical meanings in popular films, while at the same time says it in a comedic fashion so that only people who have seen the film will understand.
The reason I bring this channel up is mostly because of myself and my fellow students at university as when writing comics it is good to understand certain philosophical meanings in order to produce more coherent stories, so to anyone reading this blog post please look up this channel, Thank You for Reading.
