Guardians Of The Galaxy #12 How Grounded can be avoided
Now before I begin I would like to apologise for the lateness of my latest Blog Entry, I was packing up my house and I couldn't seem to find my computer, I'm sorry to anyone who was waiting for this entry yesterday.
Now I'm a fan of Marvel's Guardians Of The Galaxy, not just because of the movie or the current comics, but because of the Dan Abnett run that I used to read, Now when I heard that Marvel was sacking Bendis from the Guardians Run I thought, OH THANK YOU THANK YOU!!!!!
Now don't get me wrong I liked Bendis's run in some aspects such as the art of Schiti and the storylines, but in Guardians Of The Galaxy Issue 12 had a big problem with it such as the guardians ship is destroyed and Rocket is saying that there is no way for them to get of the Planet, Now when that happened I thought to my self WHAT THE HELL!!! there have been several occasions where the people in Marvel have into Deep Space and Bendis has even used this in Guardians of The Galaxy and X-Men The Black Vortex, so before Grounded happens I'm going to list a few ways that the Guardians could of used to get back amongst the stars where they belong.
1: They could use Magik:
Magik of the X-men has teleported to outer space before for the Guardians and in Black Vortex it was no tough job for her to get the X-Men half-way across the galaxy.
2: They could get a ship from captain marvel or anywhere on earth:
Earth has been getting attacked by liens every other day of the week, so there not going to think that they can get home by taking one from carol or at least so organisation building one capable of traveling that far, I mean in legendary Star-Lord Kitty Pryde stole one space ship from the Avengers capable of going far enough to meet up with Star-Lord. Captain Marvel is now head of Alpha Flight and has been in contact with the Shiar, there is no reason why she couldn't find or at least steal a ship.
3: The final reason, this is Marvel:
The Marvel Universe is full of genius's and many of them could work towards making a ship capable of traveling as far as the guardians need to as well as the fact that earth is attacked by aliens all the time so there could be a few around with enough working parts to make a functional ship.
So they won't be on earth long.
