Extraordinary X-Men #1
Hello fellow comicbook fans and today I'm going to tell you why you should pick up Extrodinary x men #1, Just remeber SPOILERS beyond this point.
The story starts of with mutant kind now at its lowest point as they are on the edge of extinction and now the world doesn't just fear and hate, but basically the world now wants to destroy them in whatever way they can if possible and storm needing to form a team of X-Men to protect what remains of mutant kind.
With all of mutant kind becoming an endangered species due to the inhumans Terrigen Mist. I like the book because it combines the writing of Jeff Lemire (The Nobody and Teen Titans Earth One) and the art of Humberto Ramos (Superior Spider-man). It goes into the themes that there is no where left to run now and that the X men need to become stronger then ever in order to survive. I believe in these themes and including the Inhumans as the cause for this epidemic within a species that had just started to become stable in populace again, also...Its got Old Man Logan in it, what more could you want in a comics.
